Unlike N°1 and N°2 the ingredients of this sauce is mash fermented and it has loads of tasty garlic!
The name comes from a 1922 silent film by danish director Benjamin Christensen by the same name, Swedish word for “the witch”
The film is Christensen vision of a pseudo documentary about witchcraft comparing it to hysteria of women, in which he beautifully dramatizes scenes from wood cuts of the middle ages.
